After trying to prevent a ship from flying into the sun near the planet Deneva, the crew find that the colony has all been infected with an alien parasite.

The Enterprise crew make first contact with a members of a race that has strange and bizarre powers, including the ability to transmute matter.

Metamorphosis
While escorting Federation Commissioner Nancy Hedford to an important summit, the shuttlecraft Gallieo crashes on a planetoid in the Gamma Canaris region.

Friday's Child
Kirk must secure a mining treaty with the inhabitants of Capella IV, which is made more difficult by a local power struggle and Klingon intervention.

Who Mourns for Adonis?
The Enterprise is captured by an alien entity that claims to be the ancient Greek god Apollo.

Under the intense influence of the Vulcan mating drive, Spock is forced to return to Vulcan to mate with his betrothed.

The landing party investigating a Federation colony find everyone dead or dying and are themselves infected with a rapid ageing disease.

Hijacked by an android crewman, the Enterprise is taken to Harry Mudd who has been cared for by the android population of an uncharted planet.

The Trouble with Tribbles
The Enterprise is summoned to Deep Space Station K-7 by a priority distress call and find that alert has been called over the protection of agricultural supplies.

A landing party to planet 892-IV is captured by the inhabitants, whose civilisation is like that of ancient Rome and just as dangerous.

The Enterprise plays host to a large number of Federation dignitaries on route to Babel to discuss the Coridan admission to the Federation.

On a botanical survey of an unsophisticated planet, the landing party becomes involved with a local dispute and discovers that one side has been proved with relatively advanced weaponry.

Kirk and a small landing party are abducted by a group of aliens that find entertainment in forcing humanoid slaves to fight each other.

Obsession
The Enterprise encounters a cloud-like entity that is thought to be the one responsible for a large number of deaths on the starship Farragut eleven years ago.

The Immunity Syndrome
Following the destruction of the starship Intrepid, the Enterprise tracks down a vast spaceborne organism that is eating its way through the galaxy.

On a follow up visit to the planet Iotia, the Enterprise crew find that cultural contamination occurred after the starship Horizon left a century ago.

Answering a distress call, the Enterprise is seized by an advance party from the Kelvan Empire of the Andromeda Galaxy who are planning colonisation.

Discovering the empty starship Exeter in orbit of planet Omega IV, the crew find that all of the crew except the captain has died of a biological agent from the planet's past.

On a mission to research twentieth century Earth, the Enterprise intercepts a human being transporting from an uncharted region of the galaxy down to the planet.

Season 3

3.1
Spectre of the Gun
Making first contact with the Melkotians proves dangerous when the crew discover they have telepathic powers that forces them to take part in a strange Ancient West situation.

3.2
Elaan of Troyius
While escorting the head of the planet Elas to a peace summit on Troyius, the Enterprise is attacked by Klingons trying to prevent the negotiations.

3.3
The Paradise Syndrome
Kirk goes missing from a landing party investigation of a planet that is threatened by a large asteroid collision.

3.4
The Enterprise Incident
Crossing into the Romulan Neutral Zone is direct violation of treaty, the Enterprise is surrounded and Kirk and Spock are taken captive.

3.5
And the Children Shall Lead
The Enterprise finds that all adult members of the Starnes Expedition are dead and the surviving children show very little emotion over the tragedy.

Spock's Brain
After a brief attack by an unknown ship, the crew find that Spock's brain has been taken to be used in an advanced computer system.

Is There in Truth No Beauty?
The Medusan Ambassador is carried aboard the Enterprise, whose appearance is so disturbing to humanoid minds that he must remain in a shielded container.

On a mission to evacuate a research station before the sun it orbits goes nova, the crew find that the station personnel have been killed by an alien race as part of an experiment.

The Tholian Web
Investigating the loss of the starship Defiant, the Enterprise comes into conflict with representatives of the mysterious Tholian Assembly.

For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky
The Enterprise crew discover that a large asteroid they are attempting to divert from an impact with a populated planet is in fact a massive starship.

Day of the Dove
Responding to a distress call from Beta XIIA, the Enterprise finds a Klingon ship at the location which leads to a series of battles that may be the desire of an outside force.

3.12
Plato's Stepchildren
The Enterprise crew make contact with a group of refugees from the Sahndara star system that had visited Earth in ancient times and possess unusual telekinetic powers.

3.13
Wink of an Eye
In answer to a distress call, the crew arrive at the planet Scalos which exhibits evidence of a technologically advanced civilisation but no people can be located.

3.14
That Which Survives
The crew are intrigued by a planet whose geological age is much less than the natural plant life indicates. While they investigate the Enterprise seemingly goes missing from orbit.

Let That be Your Last Battlefield
The Enterprise intercepts a stolen shuttle and finds an outlaw from the planet Cheron who is quickly caught up by his pursuer.

3.16
Whom Gods Destroy
On a supply mission to the Elba II penal colony, the crew find that former Starfleet Captain Garth of Izar has taken over the facility.

3.17
The Mark of Gideon
Following an unusual opening of relations by the isolationist Gideons, Kirk is apparently kidnapped while beaming down for a meeting.

The Lights of Zetar
On route to the Federation archives at Memory Alpha the Enterprise is attacked by an strange energy field of unknown origins.

3.19
The Cloud Minders
In critical need of the rare mineral zenite to cure a botanical plague on the planet Merak II, the Enterprise must mediate a dispute on the planet that is the only source of this material.

3.20
The Way to Eden
Locating the stolen cruiser Aurora, the Enterprise take aboard a party lead by noted scientist Dr Severin who is on a quest to find the true source of the Eden mythology.

Requiem for Methuselah
Searching for a source of refined ryetalyn to cure an outbreak of Rigellian fever on the Enterprise, the crew find the home of the apparently immortal Flint.

3.22
The Savage Curtain
While conducting an investigation of the planet Excalbia, the crew encounter a life-form claiming to be the late President Abraham Lincoln and become involved in a fight between good and evil.

3.23
All Our Yesterdays
Travelling to the planet Sarpeidon hours before the predicted explosion of its star, the crew find that the entire population has escaped into the planet's past.

3.24
Turnabout Intruder
Returning from a rescue mission of Campus II, Kirk starts to exhibit severely aberrant behaviour which leads to a formal hearing over his competence to command.
