Food
in Japan
Food
is one of the things we love about Japan. From the extensive use of rice

something exciting to eat!
Below

Udon
- - This brothy soup with thick noodles is a long
time favorite of both Japanese and foreigners. It's actually very
easy to make, and delicious!

Banana
Bread - - OK, so it's not a Japanese dish, but I
bet you've never made it in a rice cooker! In Japan, a regular oven
is quite rare, so here's a recipe that works in a rice cooker.

Japanese
Fajitas- - AKA "Temaki Sushi" Don't be
scared off by the word "sushi", as it can be made without
raw fish. It will definitely make you feel Japanese though!

Mullins' recipe, and is very comforting on those cold winter days!
(we know this first hand)

Kabocha-
- This is one of our favorites! It's a Japanese
pumpkin, and is sweet and yummy! It's very easy to make and I know
you'll go back for seconds!
