0. Is this a Player Character (your character) or a Non-Player Character run by you?
Phoebe and Tom are both PC’s.
1. What does your character look like? Your companions?
About 4’6”, very slender with straight brown hair, brown eyes and pixie-like features. Her accent varies between American and upper-class English. Her friend, Tom, is about 5’4”, blue-eyed, with dirty blond, curly hair and a snub nose. Tom speaks with a strong London accent. They are inseparable.
2. What is your character's actual age and age of appearance? Your companions?
Both Phoebe and Tom appear to be aged 12 ½. Surprisingly often their behaviour doesn’t reflect this. Unsurprisingly, sometimes it does.
3. What is your character's species and universe of origin?
Now that would be telling. However Phoebe believes her dead mother to be one Sebastien A. Valentine, known (although not to her) to be a Time Lord in her first regeneration.
4. What is the name of your character's ship or vehicle?
Pooky.
5. Does your character have any particular colors associated with him/her? How about companions?
Tom and Phoebe both wear their school uniforms: dark green blazer with white piping and school crest on the jacket, white shirt, black tie with green and white stripes, short green wool skirt with black tights and black shoes for Phoebe, grey trousers with black shoes & socks for Tom. They also occasionally wear their gym kit, white t-shirt and green ‘jogging bottoms’ to Tom and ‘sweatpants’ to Phoebe.
6. List some adjectives that describe your character's personality. Likewise for companions.
Phoebe: decisive, impulsive, technical, adventurous, loud, prickly, devoted, loyal, confident.
Tom: artistic, introspective, quiet, considered, sensitive, articulate, dreamy.
7. What is your character good at? Bad at? What particular areas of expertise? What about companions?
Phoebe is good at maths, chemistry, computers, geography and biology. She’s also on the athletics (‘track’) team. Tom is good at history, English, Latin, and art. He also has a beautiful voice, which may crack at any moment.
8. What special magical/metapsychic/surly/etc. powers does your character have? Your companions?
Tom and Phoebe have a telepathic connection. They also have Imagination.
9. What weapons does your character usually use? Companions?
Come on, they’re only 12 ½. They use nasty names and fists.
10. What are your character's usual attack methods? Companions?
I think they would probably choose to hide, then defeat their enemies through an elaborate and imaginative trap, probably involving computers and telepathy.
11. What, if any, relatives and friends are there that might show up in a story?
Phoebe’s guardian might show up, fellow by the name of Mr. Warder.
12. Is there any prior history that we should know about your character? Companions?
Phoebe moved from Colorado to Surrey, suddenly, when she was 12. She’s never known her mother and her father; she’s always lived with Mr. Warder, although he's often gone on business trips. Tom is a poor boy from the East End who passed a scholarship exam and was sent to Wooton School.
