Alpha Phi Omega has three cardinal principles: Leadership, Friendship and Service. But APhiO is about much more than just doing service projects, or just making friends or helping to train the leaders of tomorrow. It's about all that and more, truly a case of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.

Chrystie was a brother of the Mu Omicron Chapter at Clarkson University, pledging in Fall of 1992, and going to the National Conference as the chapter's delegate that December, and taking the position of Pledge Master for the Spring 1993 class.  Chrystie has 2 littles, Jeremy Hall and Saab Alptuna, and 4 bigs, Michael Carvin, Jason Krause, Tony Nelson and Jessica Marks.  She is also a member of the Alpha Phi Omega Mu Omicron Alumni Association.
