THE ORDERING PROCESS
Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps

You will be given a catalog - it contains everything you need to design your invite!

1. View my design-book/portfolio*.
* and or I will design your invitation based on the information you supply to me when you fill out and submit THE START-UP /DESIGN FORM.

2. Choose to have 1 or 2 customized proofs** done.
** a customized proof is a special sample wedding invitation, allowing you will see what your invitation will actually look like – design motif and setup, fonts, names, time, date, place, address and wording, etc.

3. Finalize your wedding invitation choice*** and make your purchase.
*** changes and corrections must be made before going to print!
You can: choose one of the customized proofs as your purchase or choose something different.

THE ORDERING PROCESS
Getting Started, Here’s The Details

You will be given a catalog - it contains everything you need to design your invite!

1. You will need to provide:
a wedding invitation verse, reception and reply card verses, this of course will include: bride and groom and parents names, times – wedding and reception, date, place(s)/venue, address(es) and anything else you would like to add. (I will let you know if the additional information can be added.) YOU WILL DO SO BY FILLING OUT AND SUBMITING THE START-UP FORM.

2. You will need to choose the following:
a wedding collection; a tier level – this simply means would you like one layer of paper, two or three; font(s) also known as typestyles; motif(s) which is your design customization and anything else – for example ribbon and bows, color blocking, etc

3. The cost of designing your invitation set:
$50 for one customized proof
$65 for two customized proofs
This is the cost for designing your invitation set. It will be subtracted from your purchase price.
There is no refund if you do not purchase the invitation set. This is the cost for designing your invitation set. Therefore its non-refundable.

4. The $50 and $65 customized proof include the following:
1st a black and white copy of the wedding invitation.
2nd a picture of the finished product, sent via mail, e-mail picture or on a special web page to be viewed online. If you live in the NYC area you can ALSO opt to view the invitation set in person.

5. Purchasing your invitations:
When you receive your customized proofs by mail and decide to order your invitations. You will need to fill out your purchase order form and submit it. I will then contact you by telephone and or e-mail to let you know I received it. You will then be given further information on your order.

6. Forms you will need to fill out:
one: Start-up Form
two: Purchase Order Form

THE DESIGN PROCESS

You will be given a catalog - it contains everything you need to design your invite!

1. Pick a collection you like the most. Consider the cost, based on your budget.

2. Then choose a design/motif to place in the middle, top or bottom & decide if it will be centered, placed at the left or right of your invitation.

3. Next choose the verses you will use for your invitation and reply card and reception card if you are purchasing these as well.

4. Choose a font for the whole invitation or if you like choose 2 of your favorite – one for printing of your names and another for the text of the rest of your invitation.

5. Pick a paper color – generally white or cream OR go for color blocking which allows you to pick any paper color you like; the font color, will them be white, cream or any other color you choose. I can guide you in choosing an appropriate color.

6. Choose a tier-level: do you want one layer, two layers or three layers of paper for your invitation?
1-tier invitation – includes cardstock; note: the eclectic collection comes with translucent vellum
2-tier invitation – includes cardstock and translucent vellum
3-tier invitation – includes cardstock, specialty paper and translucent vellum

7. Choose a printing method: flat print or raised print (raised print is extra and is done on translucent vellum paper)

8. Add accessories: ribbons & bows, raffia ribbon, beaded stretchy ties (all extra)

9. Add other extras: if you so desire color blocking, decorative edging, scented invites, sparkles.

10. Miscellaneous Sheet – included in every collection, but optional. choose what you want to say and provide me with the wording. Can be used .... so no enclosure card needed. (for the 3-in-1 collection all pieces sold seperately)
