The Tombstone Transcription Project - volunteers are transcribing tombstone inscriptions throughout the U.S. and are archiving these here as part of the U.S.GenWeb Project.

Connecticut Society of the Sons of the American Revolution
Joseph Melvin Leonard Camp No.168 "New England Camp" Sons of Spanish American War Veterans.
An online database run by the United States National Park Service will allow you to search for ancestors who fought on either side in the American Civil War. The database contains over 6 million records. Found it a little slow to respond, but is well worth the wait. Follow the "the system" links on the right side of the screen to begin your search
Orthodox Church in America - Parishes, Institutions, and Monasteries in Connecticut.
Karen's List of Connecticut Resources includes the ROOTS-L Databases and Files and the ability to do a search of Connecticut Surnames in the Roots Surname List.
The Ancestry site contains several searchable databases, including Early CT Marriages Prior to 1800 and Appendices of The Real Founders of New England. If you cannot connect to this site right away, be patient, this site receives alot of traffic.
