Despite the ominous beginnings, I'm neither evil nor is my spirit blackened
Well only as much as can be expected.

I live in Sydney, in the gorgeous sun drenched antipodes, next to native bushland in the north of the city.
While I have spent my life working in television, most recently for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, I have recently updated my qualifications, and have changed my career. I worked as a Digital Artist for a research company in Balmain for most of 1997. In December 1997 I was advised that my recent study has been most fruitful, and I now have completed the requirements for a Master's Degree in Design Science (Computing) Honours at University of Sydney. I am now working for Brilliant Interactive Ideas as an animator, texture artist, 3d modeller, co-director and editor and anything else they want me to do....

My interests include writing poetry and fantasy novels. My current passion is designing, be it Daleks or tapestries. I also love Dragons.
I grew up in Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve, just south of Australia's Capital, Canberra . Nearby was the Tidbinbilla Tracking station, huge white otherworldly domes nestled amongst undulating hills. Here spacecraft are tracked as they orbit the earth. A few miles away, along the only tarred road, lay Honeysuckle Creek Tracking Station where, beamed down from the moon, the pictures of Buzz Alrin and Neil Armstrong taking their first historical steps were received and then transmitted to a excited world. Sadly, Honeysuckle Creek was decomissioned in the early 1980's and is now a ruin. My best friend lived at Mount Stromlo Observatory a place of pine trees and tiger snakes, and the odd scientist.

My favourite artists are Joseph Mallord Turner and the Pre-Raphaelites. I am also fond of the Heidleberg school of Australian impressionists.
