Bandar Baru Nusajaya (Nusajaya New Town) will have the nation's largest scheme of low-cost housing in three years time.

Nusajaya, the largest integrated township development in the Asia-Pacific region, will host 13,026 low-cost units, giving a major boost to the State of Johor's community housing project, Rumah Rakyat.

The low-cost units will be constructed using the latest construction techniques such as prefabricated systems and industrialised form-work system.
