The world's longest hand-made Batik fabric was created during the Johor Carnival 1996 held during the month of August.
The 2,020 metres, 34 inches wide fabric took 16,800 man-hours to complete in two and a half day's time with the help of 300 participants.
The man on the left-corner in the picture is the Mentri Besar (Head of State) of the State of Johor.
