A very beautiful journey, unfortunately we did not take that much pictures along the way. We did make a stop at an Greek Orthodox Church, which lay in a curve of the road.

Early that afternoon we arrived at Xanthi. One says it's a town worth to visit, but we were to tired. We just drank a couple of cold limonades and went on to Komotini.

Along the way we crossed the Kompsatos river, where a medieval bridge is to be found. |

Apart from the bridge this place is really beautiful; tranquille and peaceful. |

Day three: In the morning we wanted to visit some forest near Nimfea, but as we took some wrong turns we ended up in the hamlet itself. In the afternoon we moved to Alexandroupoli. |
