We can search the information all of the world by using the internet without help from the expert . For example, www.cnn.com  will have the name at TALK  which is the service of computer. It is used for communicating and receiving the message between two persons by computer.It is like talking by phone, but this TALK PROGRAM will use typing for contacting. In PROGRAM TALK, we can communicate to the other peopleurgently and in every places through the internet.

           Assign Internet is decided and planed before estabish for six months since January until July 1997. The main objective of this project are
        1. Giving chance to the students for learning internet.
        2. Making the service to the foreigners for communication.
        3. Being the center of the public relation, information and internet’s knowledge
        Anyway, Assign Internet has the center of distributor which locates at 12Huay-Kaew Shopping Center. Then, in September 1997, the company estabishes the next distributor at Chiangmai Pavillian in Night Bazaar for service the tourists and the people who want to use internet.
       Receiving and sending the message by e-mail is making the correspondence from one person to another person through the computer and internet. It is the same as sending the letter.
