I am from Chennai a.k.a. Madras, the fourth largest metropolis of India, situated in the south of India, in the state of Tamilnadu.

This site is my little tribute to the glorious city variously called as Chennai Maanagaram, Singara Chennai, Mega Madras, Magnificent Madrs, etc. And it really is...believe me. The city has a soul of its own...and the various visitors to the city and the country in general agree with this.  Go through a tour of my site...it is always evolving, since I am broadening this site to serve as info-base for the whole of Tamilnadu and ultimately aim at the complete South of India, which is a daunting task, but worth documenting for its sheer variety and richness.
