Noam House was completed on May 1996. Its design and fine finish with marble cover on the outside and in the inside mainetance services, put the building in the first line of the modern office building in the Israel.

Most of the 8 stories building space is occupied by southern government agencies like ministry of justice, driving license authority, The Bank Yahav and others.
