On Friday evening, April 6, 2001 at 9 pm, Journey and crew departed Ft. Pierce, FL bound for Great Harbour Cay, Berry Islands, Bahamas. Winds were E-SE @20kts, forecast to clock SE by late Saturday. It actually blew E 15-20 all day. It clocked SE and dropped around 3:30 Saturday morning before picking up E at 15 kts. The trip took 3.5 days, dock to dock. Powered most of the trip. Engine was out from 3:30am 'til noon Sunday. Caught a 35 lb. dolphin late Sunday afternoon. Arrived GHC marina 1pm Monday, April 9.
