Important Information

 Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. The check-in office is located at Fairfield at the Meadows, 200 Willowbend Drive in the Gatehouse.

 The resort strictly enforces occupancy levels.

 A credit card imprint will be required at time of check-in.

 If sending a guest in your place, you must obtain a Guest Confirmation from the Reservations Department at 800-251-8736 or access to the unit will be denied.

 No RVs, boat trailers or motor homes are allowed.

 The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as the confirmation.

 No pets are allowed.

 Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.

 If you will be arriving late, you must contact the FairShare office (417-336-4993) for special instructions.

Basic telephone service costs are included as part of the annual assessment fee. No long distance toll charges or allowance for such charges are included in the maintenance fee.

You should be able to make long distance calls using a calling card only. Each unit has its own private

phone number located on the phone. All guests now have personal voice mail available in the units. A broken dial tone will indicate that you have messages. To access the messages, dial 1787#. Once you access voice mail you have the following choices: 1 - Play new messages (or) 2. Play saved messages.

Any mail addressed to you while vacationing at Fairfield Branson should be sent to Fairfield at the Meadows. To insure prompt arrival, all mail should be addressed as indicated in the next column:
