Mustard

The word mustard comes from the Latin mustum ardens, as the seeds were used with must grape (unfermented grape juice). Brown mustard is coming from India, black mustard is cultivated in south of Europe and in western Asia, when white mustard is available in most temperate countries (North America and Europe). The plant grows to over 80cm (2.5 ft). |
