A SITE CONTAINING NOTHING ELSE BUT LINKS? YUP!!! Ever since I started with computers, and BBSing, then surfing, utilities were my foremost concern. In an office where you have different OS’s, and lots of software that always needs a little more improvement, and a place where viruses can suddenly pop up, one really gets down to only a few sites that one starts to frequent. Some sites I've been to have been blown off, some stayed on, and there are a few ones that you can reliably run to for help. I've been keeping up with utilities sites, and some few stand out. This page is recommended for newbies or old ones who forgot. This might sound crazy, but I often get comments from old-cybertimers who say "Where'dya get that stuff". [CyberScorpion!]
Searching today can be quite a chore, with so many hits. Bookmarked sites can also get off-mark, especially if you wish to jump to a certain site right away. I keep this page updated. One site can never be enough, if the traffic to that site is tremendous. If you know of a reliable and great site, e-mail me. I’ll try to keep this as a very short list, with the "best" only as the choices. In the past, I usually ran to tucows, but me and my officemates are now checking out jumbo and davecentral.   8. www.zdimag.com - Some utilities here can be very surprising.
  9. www.cdrom.com/archive/index.htm - Very slow downloading for those outside the USA,but lots of good stuff.
