It took me many years to truly understand what it means to serve with humility and love and it will take many more years before I truly understand it completely. But as I sit here all I see is my own pride. For years I thought I served; I gave of myself. However, to truly understand humility and love, one must recognize that true service does not need recognition nor is it done for what can be recieved in return. I do not use the talents God gave me to pacify Him, or what He will do for me; but because of what He has done! I do not minister and serve others for what they will do for me, but because of what Christ has done for me!

With that in mind it has been a great challenge to learn not to propagate my own philosophy, to toute my own intellectual "prowess," or to give for the praise of others. To truly learn to serve others is to serve with anonomity. Can you give without anyone knowing you gave? Can you pray for others with no one knowing your name? Can you shut the door and spend time with God alone?

So the question has been asked and you have come here looking to find out who I am... so who am I?

slave to Christ
Romans 6:16-20

a child of God
Romans 8:16-21; Romans 9:8; Philippians 2:15; 1 John 3:1-2,10; 1 John 5:19

new creation
2 Corinthians 5:1; Galatians 6:15

And as such I have been justified by His blood and faith in Him (Romans 3:24, 28; Romans 5:1; Romans 10:10; James 2:24), sanctified by His Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:11; John 17:19; Romans 15:16; Acts 26:18 1 Thessalonians 4:3; John 17:17), declared righteous by His great mercy (Malachi 3:18; Matthew 5:6; Matthew 5:20; Matthew 25:37; Romans 1:17; Romans 2:13; Romans 3:21; Romans 4:3-5; Romans 5:19; Romans 8:10; Romans 10:4; 1 Corinthians 1:30; Philippians 1:11; Philippians 3:9), and set free from death and sin (Romans 8:2; Galatians 5:1; Hebrews 9:15)!!

I am a television screen which projects, as best my abilities lend, the truth of Jesus Christ...
