About the Woodland Crew...

It all began in the fall of 1997 when Tim moved into 1220 Woodland Avenue with Joey and Eddie. What began as simply a group of 3 roommates became much more, The Woodland Crew. From camping to road trips to parties, the Woodland Crew earned a reputation for living life to its fullest. Over the years several other friends have joined the crew. You can read about the members and friends on the Biographies page. The Woodland Crew has now dispersed throughout the country, but the spirit still lives on. Be on the watch for reunions to be occuring at least every 6 months.

The Origin of Ka Prow:
Ka Prow! One could almost say that this is the Woodland battle cry. But what is it? Where did it come from? No one is quite sure, but here's how the legend goes: It all started when Drinkasaur and Ralfus went to try the new Thai restaurant in Cookeville. Drinkasaur ordered the Pad Ka Prow. When the food came out, it was so good that we decided "Ka Prow" had to mean "Damn Good Shit." Pad Ka Prow was the favorite item on the Royal House menu until they replaced it with a lesser item. The spirit of Ka Prow still lived on though. Drinkasaur was missing it so bady that he'd scream out "Ka Prow" on random occasions. The rest of the crew soon picked up this motto and began to form its proper use. The words still don't have a definite meaning...but if you're a part of the Crew, you know exactly what is meant when the words Ka Prow are spoken.
