"Surekill" and "Savage": When a paragraph is enough........

”Surekill”

Why do I feel like all 1013 are doing is giving us filler until the 4th? The entire plot to this episode was dull and I found myself fidgeting throughout the entire hour. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was put together well, it was just the idea that sucked. I mean, what does a homicide have to do with the X-Files? I liked the climatic ending, too. Even though those guest actors couldn't act to save their lives. It reminded me of an old Mafia flick. I also think that "Savage" needed something to keep us interested about Scully's pregnancy. I really think 1013 are stretching this show a little to far. Do they expect us to forget all of this stuff? Hopefully next week's episode is better.

"Salvage"

I swear the writers are re-creating the whole Superman thing! I mean first it was x-ray vision, now it's indestructibility, what's next a speed demon? I don't know about all of you but I'm really getting sick of all these filler episodes that they are cramming down our throats!!! Here's what I liked about it: the make-up and effects were absolutely awesome, and was very believable. The plot line was extremely clear in this, and this time there was a motive established and that is much better than the last one. I'm most definitely going to sit this show out and wish for the 4th to come soon.
