Shyamala is the unseen wind that drives the lofty sails of Thillana. Her enthusiasm and passion for the group can best be appreciated by people who know her. The way she manages to be at a 100 places at the same time and juggle so many things with such ease is beyond one’s understanding.

She had three weeks time between Thillana-the concept and Thillana –the show. The jam packed shows are the combined result of the band’s musical talent as well Shyamala’s flawless management.

She is extremely enterprising, meticulous to details and definitely out-of-the-box and out there!!! Shyamala is very active in the Bay Area art scene. She was well appreciated for her work in Zingaris recnt show, where she designed the sets .She has worked in the production team of Kalavaram. She is learning to play violin under Ragavan Manian.
