You know when your driving and someone is stupid and honks at you even though you were being perfectly legal? They are being stupid right? Well what if they just had a random period of dumbness and now are feeling stupid and repentant for their awful sin (or whatever). Could they be so stupid that they didn't know that they did something stupid and aren't feeling stupid?
        So the less stupid person would be feeling stupid and the stupider person would be feeling justified and unstupid (or smart if you prefer).
        I guess that's true for most things, like the saying "Ignorance is bliss." A person that walks around all day, haves a good day, gets home and realizes that they had a kick me sign on their back would be smarter than the person who does the same but doesn't notice the kick me sign. But the person who is aware feels stupid and the day is completely ruined for them, while the stupider guy is in la la land having a jolly old time.
        So you make be asking yourselves "What is Poe telling me to do? Forget everything I've ever learned and be happy?" Well lets be frank folks if you knew that you could be the happiest person in the world if you forget everything you know, opposed to if you could be the smartest person in the world but the unhappiest. Which would you choose? I know what i would do! VIVA LA IGNORANCE!!!!
