Damn I lost. I was thinking about The Game. But for those of you who don’t get what I just said I'll explain the game for the non-players benefit.
    Rules ~
1)You are always playing The Game.
2)The object of The Game is to forget that you are playing The Game.
3)Once you remember that you are playing The Game you lose. Then you must announce aloud that you have just lost the game.
4)Then you and everyone around you have a thirty minute grace period in which to forget The Game.
I think that everyone has lost and no one can actually play The Game correctly, unless they are a machine. My theory hinges on the rules. Are you suppose to forget you are playing The Game? Or are you suppose to forget about The Game completely. When you think about it, it's possible to think about The Game, but not remember that you are playing it. Of course once you think about The Game you then your brain goes 'I lose!'. But have you said you lost too soon? Because you only thought about The Game, not playing The Game. Or does saying 'I lose' say that you thought about playing The Game and then lost? Or was that just your reaction to any thought about The Game?
When you think of The Game in terms of forgetting about it completely then you can never actually forget it. A machine would just delete all the information on The Game and never be able to remember it. However, a person may never forget about The Game. Sadly, we have no alt+ctrl+delete operation...why god?? Just being able to lose The Game at all shows that you had never begun to play the game properly. The information is still in your unconscious mind, even if you don't consciously remember it.
Most likely The Game was designed to forget you are playing The Game. Taking into consideration that the other way of playing, when played correctly, is impossible to lose. But unfortunately for us, also impossible to win.
