On this page are a few events that happened in 2008 and what is planned for early 2009 .

Cubs

The District Out and About day where all the Southern District Cubs are caught a train to Nth Wollongong and went to the Live Steamers at North Wollongong was great fun and was after our Duty Camp at mt Keira.

We Celebrated 100 years of Scouting in Australia and had a cutting of the cake and we lit candles at the District event.

The combined camp with scouts to SWASH (water activities at Woolwich was a great success. The Cubs and Scouts enjoyed canoeing, sailing and speeding around on a rubber duck on Sydney Harbour. Parents were treated to a cruise in a speedboat by another parent. We camped at Lane Cove Scout Hall.

Scouts

We are organising alot of activities this year to ensure our Scouts are prepared for the Australian Jamboree at Cataract in January 2010.
