And why NOT have a section dedicated soley to MADONNA!
She is THE Goddess, as far as I'm concerned. There is SO much about this woman that mirrors my own feelings and ambitions that it creates a "bond", as hokey as that sounds.
The drive, the passion for what she does, and the ability she has to reinvent herself EVERY time out is astounding. Few performers have this sort of versatility and pannash! She has managed to either offend, inspire or anger almost everyone she's ever come in contact with.
The first song from "I'm Breathless" that I heard was "Vogue". I was walking through the stereo/automotive department at Wal-Mart and heard just the end. I knew from the first lyric that this was Madonna! This has been and probably always will be my absolute FAVORITE Madonna hit!
She has weathered all of the media attention whether good or bad and come out on top. She has millions of people hanging on her every word. She's had a fantastic career and remains an Icon in the entertainment industry. Goddess of the Music Video and Material Girl Supreme,
Madonna has always been and will always BE my absolute favorite
Musical Diva.
