Can you read a map and
navigate cross-country? Do you know how to survive in the wild?
One of the most popular activities is Adventure Training. This is undertaken
locally on Gower for the newer less experienced recruits and onward to the
Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons or even Snowdon for the more experienced
adventurous Cadets.
One team has even been climbing in the French Alps and another on expedition
in Spain!

The ATC is the largest operating Authority for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. Achievement at Bronze, Silver or Gold level is widely recognised by employers as being indicative of the standard of commitment and quality of an individual. |
