Clubhouse Rental

The Three Village Garden Club's Clubhouse has two main rooms, the Library (maximum capacity 51) and the Jennie Melville Room (maximum capacity 113), as well as an outdoor patio (37'6" x 14') and a kitchen which can be used as a food staging area. If you're interested in renting space in the clubhouse please take a close look at our sample contract which contains all of the details and regulations before making an appointment to visit.

The building use fee schedule is as follows:

Wedding receptions - entire building and grounds (may include ceremony)

Outside facilities only - may include library and restrooms - no food

Time allotment for each group and event to be considered. Includes set-up time for rental deliveries, equipment and rental pick-up.
