| Sup, this topic here is for the brotha's. So Ladies although I pray you can receive from this as well, it's not 4 you so don't get upset with the content. Nough said...Brotha's...U ever been in a situation where your lady is drive'n you CRAZY?! Don't front..we all have. But as a Man of God you have a duty to not only deal with the drama but also to strive to fix it. Suprisingly this process starts with YOU deal'n with YOU. That's right. When she's off on trip mode, it's not time to bring her to God..it's time to bring you to God. Now, I know that may sound funny but check this. It's no mystery that Men and Woman or "Whoa, Man!" as I like to say are very different from one another. But God made us this way for a reason and we both have to dwell with in our individual purposes. It's a woman's job to be relational as I've learned from the teaching from my Pastor and Ministers of my church(Give'n props where props is due). It should stop surprising you that ladies seem to carry things way too far and tend to become too emotional about problems or situations that we find to be petty or small. That is because we think logically and our instinct is to solve a problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.Our reaction is key to determining the flow of the conversation and progressing it to a positive and fruitful solution. That's right we can actually avoid the noise if we can control and keep our poise. When the drama starts, we have got to keep our composure and maintain a Godly attitude. Not a more Holy than Thou type, but one in which she can relate. Which means we are going to have to be somewhat transparent. Helping her to understand that we do care about the situation and more so, her feelings. Woman are filled with all those emotions for a reason, although they are often overcome and lead by them, it is not wrong for a woman to be emotional. But fellas, we have to be conscious of the delicasy of a woman. The Bible says we are to treat them as the weaker vessel. This doesn't mean dominate and rule, it means to create an environment in which your lady feels comfortable and safe. Sometimes women lash out with all that Ruccus because they feel threatend. Dead all that puffed up, hard head mess, and act in a way that can help the situation. The Lord doesn't delight in relationships that are in turmoil. We need to do our part to prevent an arguement from escalating. And when all else fails and we know sometimes it does. Go to the one that never fails, take it to Christ Jesus in prayer. Through him all things are possible. Even the calming down of a seemingly crazy Woman. All things are possible through Christ who strengths you and I. Even having a Blessed and Joyful relationship. Control the DRAMA, don't let it Control YOU..... |
