MARTIN: Oh, no!
TEAL'C: What is wrong, Martin Lloyd?
MARTIN: "Wormhole X-Treme"... The show... is based on your Stargate program.
O'NEILL: Don't worry - it's on cable.

Mass Psychoses
- Missing Angel's Presidential
Games | "West Wing" slash.
- The West Wing Femslash
Archive | I think this one's kinda self-explanatory, neh?
- The Bordello Archive | An archive for
all the crazy things we do at the bordello.
- The Wing Swing Archive | Girly, pink,
and lesbian. The Wing Swing was the greatest thing to happen to "West Wing" femslash since,
well, ever.
- Our Boys | A fantabulous "Sports Night" and "West Wing" archive.
- Trickster | The "Sports Night" fanfic
archive.
- Oh, Those Guys | An
archive run by Perpetual Motion and dedicated to the proposition that no pairing is too weird
to slash. The greatest part is - this stuff works.
- Azkaban's Lair | The great big Remus/Sirius archive.
- The Staff Room | A Harry Potter archive for fics about the Hogwarts staff.
Contains a lot of great femslash pieces, including several about Madam Hooch. I know we're not supposed to play favorites, but she's definitely mine.
- The Smallville Slash
Archive | Again, not the greatest mystery in the world. Just a lot of
"Smallville" slash.
- Small Town Girls | "Smallville"
femslash.
- The Slash Page Database Project | 1331 sites. 3560 pairings. 728 fandoms. If the Slash Page database doesn't have it, it's probably not being slashed.
- It Takes All Kinds | Boy, does it ever! This site is home to some very excellent fics by Kylara Ingress, J.D. Rush, and Shamrock, who have their toes in the waters of "Sports Night," "Enterprise," "X-Files" and "The Lone Gunmen," and "Quantum Leap."
- Archer's Enterprise | "Enterprise" slash. Come on - even if the show's silly, how can you pass up all those men and women in uniform?
- EntSTSlash Archive | And yet more "Enterprise" slash. Totally worth it just for the various shots of our fearless explorers that grace the pages.
- Bright Shiny Objects | Fic recs spanning many a fandom, pairing, & style. Tilted to the BSO crew's likes, so you're much more likely to find, say, Harry/Snape than Harry/Ron. But these women have The Eye, and there's never a klunker in the bunch.
- femslash.org | A fairly new archive featuring femslash of all manner of fandoms and pairings.
Individual Madnesses
- Beth | My partner in crime
and very dear friend. Writer and beta extraordinaire, Beth touches the minds of America's youth, occasionally tries to find me a job, and has a really cool dog. She's also the author of the terrific Josh/Sam "Wild Ride" series. It's one of an all-too-rare breed - the Samcentric J/S series.
- Perpetual Motion | My
other partner in crime. If it is a fandom, and if it can be slashed, chances are, Perpetual
Motion is slashing it. "West Wing," "Stargate," "Without a Trace," and most recently, "Keen Eddie." Most of her pieces are dialogue-driven and very snappy. Like me, she operates under the principle that no pairing is too weird to be tried once. And now, check out the questionable wisdom of Perpetual Motion!
- Nomi | I once called Nomi "The Reigning Queen of J/S kink." She had a business card made. It's on her site, as are some of the craziest, kinkiest J/S stories, sure to make you smile.
- Gail | Who else could make me read "JAG" slash, despite the fact that my total combined "JAG" viewing time is about 20 minutes? Gail's such a good writer that you eat the stories up even if you've never seen the show. She's also written "X-Files," "Alias," and Tigana slash. Let me say that again. Tigana slash. Read. Be in awe.
- Michelle K | I love Michelle so much that I recently asked if I could live in a box under her sink, and she's so nice she's actually offered me space on the living room floor! Michelle is another multi-fandom goddess. "West Wing" slash - including a bittersweet Donna/Ainsley & a really funny Ed/Larry. Dana/Natalie "Sports Night" slash. "Gilmore Girls." American Beauty. And, the reason I love her most of all, a fantastic "Scrubs" fic - Jordan/Elliot, that makes you want to take Elliot Reid home with you - if you didn't already.
- Em Brunson | See, you're just cruising along through Em's site, reading "Canada," or the Pool Series, thinking, "My, what lovely, deep, non-angsty fics these are." And then, *WHAM!* She drops "Hell" and "Dancing on Glass" directly on your head. You spend a minute cursing her. Really, you do. But the thing is, she's such a damned good writer, that the instant the cursing is done, you rush back to the fics, begging for more.
- Jae Gecko | Is there anything this woman cannot do? She
writes the heartbreaking and beautiful J/S "Turning" series and from time to time throws out
these challenges, like the "defining moments" and "mood vignettes," that we writers just flock to. She was the first J/S writer I had a fannish
crush on.
- suki | suki writes "West Wing" femslash. Really, really good "West Wing" femslash. Also some good het pieces. Basically, she writes CJ the way CJ was meant to be written. And an Ainsley that's not to be sneezed at.
Also, she loves Ellie as much as I do, and that makes her more than OK in my book.
- Kylie Lee | I don't think Kylie's related to me, but it's hard to say. Granddaddy Lee sure did get around....At any rate, Kylie writes some of the keenest "Enterprise" slash out there, and she fears no pairing. Be sure to check out the "Acceptable Risk" series. She does other cool stuff, too, like responding to several hundred different challenges in one fic - and still having it make sense.
