The above entry stands alone and is in the handwriting of the Rev.
John William Ingold, who was not pastor of the congregation until 1766
It is thought that the above record may have been made by Rev. Mr. Ingold
some years after the baptism of the child.

Then follows, in German handwriting that is exceedingly difficult to 
read or rather to decipher: "The record of certain children who were
baptized by the Rev. C. P. Weyberg, the evidence of which fact lies in
the circumstance that the records were found in his handwriting in
certain stray memoranda." copied from the First Reform Church of Easton.
