CLUB WAIVER

KinkZoo Club Liability Waiver
· I, the undersigned, agree to hold harmless the KinkZoo Club, it’s representatives and owners, and fellow attendees. · I, the undersigned, certify that I am 19 years of age or older, and can provide proof of age if asked for it. · I, the undersigned, understand that nudity, adult oriented discussions and activities, within the club and at our private functions, and do not object to these things occurring. · I, the undersigned, agree that I will keep in strict confidence, the names and personal information, of all people attending the club. Furthermore, I will not divulge the nature of any activities that occur within the club without the express permission of the owner and/or club representatives. · I, the undersigned, agree to leave any club event voluntarily upon just cause at the request of the owner or club representatives, reasons being; o Violation of the rules of the club as outlined o Disruptive or destructive behavior o Use of recreational drugs on the premises o Possession of firearms, or any weapon deemed dangerous by the club representatives o Sexual penetration, intercourse, or masturbation with the purpose of sexual gratification. o Exchange of money for a sexual service
· I, the undersigned, certify by my signature, that I am not attending the club or on it’s premises, in any official capacity as a law enforcement officer, private investigator, undercover agent, government agent, postal service agent, news reporter or contracted by a third party in a surveillance capacity.
· I, the undersigned, certify that I am attending as a private citizen, voluntarily, and in full agreement with the activities and beliefs of the Kinkzoo Club and it’s attendees.
· I, the undersigned, agree to abide by club rules and regulations, and any requirements of the location of any event, to follow all normal and accepted scene etiquette and to accept and tolerate all other attendees beliefs, kinks, and traditions.
· I, the undersigned, certify by signing that I have read, understand and agree to all of the above statements. I, certify that the below name given is my real and true name.
