Tiff raises an eyebrow at you as you ask her to tell about herself.

"Not many like to even listen to me muchless know what my life's been like," she says with a slight frown, "I don't mind much because I'm not much for talking anyway, I'm a bit shy acttualy."   She starts laughing as you look at her funny.

"It's true I tell ya'!"  Tiff chuckles trying her best to get herself under control again, "If I'm in a big crowd I'm more apted to keep quiet, even if it's a group of my friends.  I mean, even now I'm nervious talking to you, so if I seem to be rabbling you'll know ahead of time."

"Well," she mummbled tapping the side of her nose thoughtfuly, "I'm the oldest of three children in my family.  My mother was from Ruatha and my father was from Ista.  They were young when they had me and found later that they didn't match up and married people from their own holding areas instead of marrying after I was born.  This being, my brother, X'tro,  is full Ruathan blood with a drop of Bitra in him," she frowns lightly as she mentions Bitra, odviously not liking what it brought out in her brother, but she quickly cheered up as she went onto her sister "and my sister, Quachir, is of full Istan blood."

"I was raised in Ruatha with X'tro, his father, and our mother.  And every other summer and winter, Chir, that what we call Quachir, would come visit us in Ruatha or we'd visit her in Ista.  Though my family knows the Lords of both holds personaly we were not of a high ranking family.  We were long distant cousins but in the resent generations the Lord holders of Ruatha and Ista have kept their family close, including their long distance cousins."

"Then, while X'tro and I were visiting Chir a few turns ago we found out that a rock slide had killed our mother and my brother's father,"  she took a shakey breath at this.  For a moment you could swear you could see tears in her eyes but they quickly dry up, not even over flowing their lids.  She took another breath less shakey than before,"I'm lucky my father was such a kind and caring man for he immedietly took us in."

"Now this whole time I was studying with a harper, first the Master Harper in Ruatha and then the one in Ista, and though I wasn't studying at the Hall I was given my Journywoman's knots just under a turn ago and was assigned here, at
Talor Cliff Weyr.  My Master Harper told me that he had recommened me for the weyr because he sensed something in me,..." Tiff trailed off at this point and seemd to be in deep though, "I wonder if it's because I was able to impress my three fire lizards all at once... maybe he thinks I could be..." she trails off again as she goes starry eyed for a moment.  Modem looked at Tiff from where she sat on the dragon couch eatting some of the scraps with Rakano and Trimp.  She chirpped and Tiff shook herself out of it.

"Huh?... Uh, now where was I?" she scratched her head and looked at the couch, "Oh yeah, as you can probably tell, my hobbies happen to be my storying writing, my song writing, and of course, taking care of these three," Tiff chuckled as she tapped each flitter on the beak lovingly.

"Oh, and my full name is Tiff Prisim, not Tiffiany Prisim" she makes a discusted face at the name Tiffiany, and then goes on brightly "I am 19 turns old."  She grows completly serious as she goes back to her name, "My mother once told me the reason why she had named me Tiff and given me my second name.  By the time I was about to be born, my mother and father were consently in a tiff about things thus my first name.  I think she also named me that to remind everyone that some bad things acttualy have good results, but then that may be wishful thinking, I still consider myself too young to really know," she sighs at this then smiles slyly, "As for Prisim, I was told my father came up with that part of my name.  My father gave me that because I was many different things, a Ruathan red head with dark skined Istan and had the slight ting of Bitra showing in my eyes."

"As I grew they found that I was one who had many differances. For instance, I don't have the best of memory, and I do have a short temper."  You look at Tiff a bit questionably and she chuckles slyly, "Trust me, that and I love to argue... 'course most of the time I do it unconously.  I was told the few times that I rode a runner beast that I was pretty good for a beginer, but now a days I don't get many chances to do that even if I loved riding."

Tiff smirks mischeivously, "Chir and I worked together and wrote down how we were searched if you want to take a
peek."

"Funny thing now is that I think I'm considered a Journeywoman Harper Greenrider," she makes a face, "That really doesn't sound right.  I'm told though that I'm still considered a harper here now that Vash is full grown I'll be teachin' the weyrbrats again soon."  She makes a mock horrar face at this then chuckles.

"So do you want me to tell you about my
fire lizards, Vasharath," she smiles brightly then looks down as she finishes the question, "Or do you beleave you have to leave now?"
