Cleaner Shrimp are the reefs waste eater. They will set up a "cleaning station" and when a fish passes they will jump onto the fish and clean it off. It will even go into the fishes mouth and gills for cleaning. They are very popular to have in fish tanks because their claws are very strong and precise and in the process of cleaning a fish they will also cut of any harmful parricides and eat them.
