The Slappy EP is put together with 1,000 Hours and the 39/Smooth Album to create 1,039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours. Also included in the 7" is a sheet containing the lyrics and a thing called "Green Day Bits". Here they are for your viewing pleasure.

Green Day Bits:
To raise spending money for the tour, Mike shucked clams, Billie Joe flipped pizzas, and John drove a diaper truck...Mike and Billie went on the corrupted morals/crummy musicians tour. mike filling in as singer of crummy and billie playing 2nd guitar in corrupted....john stayed home and heckled lots of bands. ...billie also plays 2nd guitar for blatz occaisionally....mike lost lots of weight on the tour, and he's already pretty skinny...mike lives at billie's house where there's usually lots of food....why then does billie go up the street to roadie shawn's house and eat all of shawn's food?....john has been known to do a naked rain dance when he's drunk too much cheap beer....mike has red eyes and a sister named myla....billie uses jermak styling spritz to get his hair good and crunchy....benicia chicks haven't been doing the trout dance at green day shows ever since lucky dog insulted them in zippo...zippo editor eggplant used to do lots of hype for sweet children(earlier incarnation of green day)before anyone ever heard of 'em....billie used to write for zippo, and so did john, john also did a column for the school paper and also did his own 'zine called "more wood for the cows", which he plans to start back up....jake(2-eyebrowed variety) needs to shut up and get a life....green day would like to thank O.P.I.V.....probably just to keep them from getting even more pissed....Green day won't play sacto....you can cut up green day stickers to make them say "gay nerd"....the dog's real name is mickey, named after the deer. jason relva started calling her "slappy"....band arguments usually center around billie joe being irresponsible, mike being high-strung, and john being over bearing....billie's mom spelled his name wrong on the birth certificate cuz she was on drugs....mike's parents fled to Louisiana to avoid earthquakes....john is a talented bullshit artist, though not as talented as he thinks....billie and mike have been playing together for 6 or 7 years....aaron played his teeth on knowledge aand did some backup vocals too...."why do you want him?" was the first song billie wrote, back when he was 14....in 3rd grade these 2 girls used to force billie joe to go out with one of them, or they would beat him up. really, he got beat up a couple times....people used to mistake mike for axl rose....at first james was the roadie who missed not one green day show. now he is the roadie who is too dangerous to bring to a show-he's either beating up skinheads or falling off the roof or getting arrested for something....billie has the IE, mike has the IQ, and john has the ID. huh?....mike would like to thank wayne mitchell, the man with the salmon in his hair....john's bus needed a rest so they bought a big orange van....
