Procedure:

  • Choose character's race. Choosing a race doesn't cost you OP.
  • Buy Characteristics (don't forget PSI) with 25 CP
  • Determination of character's Derived Characteristics
  • Determination of character's age (between the racial minimum age and the racial minimum age +15)
  • The character receive 25 +age -racial minimum age OP to buy options
  • Choose Complications
  • Buy Skills (use the Babel Skills list)
  • Buy Talents (use the Babel Talents list)
  • Buy Perks
  • Buy Gear (1 OP= 500 Credits)
  • Choose a name and a background
