A -Apply For Federal Commision:apply to get an ISS need at least an alignment of 500.
C -Claim a reward on an evil person that you have killed and is on the rewards list.
E -Examine who is on the outstanding bounties list and how much their worth if bagged
P -post money on an evil player that is on the list. each 1,000 equals 1 alignment raise
Tips: Evil players cannot access this area. The bounty credits are ususlly not high and I wouldn't recommend trying to raise your alignment this way unless you need only a few points or you need it quickly
