Darkhaven is one of the smallest fragments known. It is merely five mile in diameter. Upon it lies the remains of Castle Darkhaven. The castle covers the entire surface of of the fragment. Darkhaven doesn't meander throughout the abyss as do other fragments, but instead is in permanent orbit around the fragment Oljaer.

Castle Darkhaven was ancient, even before the Shattering. Although it's remains still cover an impressive five miles, legends say it was even larger still. Much of Darkhaven is unexplored since the Shattering. Several of it's towers are still intact. It's catacombs run deep into the bowels of the fragment, with some chambers exposed beneath the fragment.

A wizard named Pandrogas makes his home upon Darkhaven. He does not allow many visitors. Once per year he allows young aspirants to come to Darkhaven to apply to be his apprentice. He seldom takes more than two per year. Those who graduate from Pandrogas' school often persue carreers as demon hunters and exorcists.
