Emerson Arcadia 2001



My favorite system. released in 1982 just before the crash.
The most notable thing about this system is the lawsuit over the Super charger (re-named from Arcadia to Starpath). The looks of this system is what got me hooked on it. The fisrt thing you notice is the size of it for the era, small, The controllers look just like the Intelivision`s but with a screw in stick, making for better control. Also the action buttons are larger and respond better than the Intelly`s. Coil cords attach them to the unit, wher the have cupped holders. It has a LED power-on light and runs off of 12v DC, hooking to the TV with a standard switch box.
