Strider actions figures
Part of the Marvel VS Capcom line from Toy Biz, there are 4 sets of two characters each (sorta like representing the "Tag Team" effect of the game, I guess): Spider-man/Strider Hiryu, Venom/Captain Commando, Captain America/Morrigan and War Machine/Mega Man. Here's a few pics of the Spider-man/Strider set.

Well, sort of. Not actually a hidden character or aything, but use these stats to have Hiryu make an appearance with the Create Wrestler mode:
