Foreign Minister(s)

Well, I think we all basically know what a foreign minister might do, it's basically a fancy name for an ambassador.  Foreign ministers are just basically people who stay in foreign lands who try to give our opinion of what we think is best and try to look over our general interests.  Some things he can do without counsel approval is fight for our trade rights as well as fair prices, protect our mining interests, protect our farming interests in the territory, and give a general opinion of what he thinks is best in most situations.  He would need approval from the counsel to declare war, declare alliance, and / or dispatch troops to the territory to quell a rebellion or incite a rebellion, depending upon how we feel towards that government.

Foreign Policy:

We DON'T look upon kingdoms / lands with favor that:

-Hold slaves

-Suppress the general public

-Are frequently land hungry and declaring war

-Are trade exclusive or

-Worship the "Dark" gods
