Rehlman is age 38, he's fluent in three languages, plays the lute (guitar look alike) with professional quality, and supports his guitar playing with some kick-@$$ bagpipeing, and he'll stir up a storm on the Demon drums. He's from a religious town in the Land of the Damned where whom he worships Apis (The Sacred Cow) and the rest of the Gods of Light. Apis has a track record of being "Kind and compassionate, she is more interested in helping those in need than avenging wrongs (a trait most gods lack)" and I'm sure she's saved my religious community more then once which makes me a firm believer in her and her powers. (For more on Apis check out page 150-151 in Drags and Gods) If it weren't for her, my father who's a knight would have died long ago. It's just to bad she couldn't stop a group of mad kobolds bent on destruction (as all Kobolds are) from killing my mother and one of my three older brothers when I was very young. I learned about the histories and other places and times from the priests and also the way of the battleaxe and knife throwing but grew bored of them for anyone can fight, but I wanted to do some good, so I decided to bring the beauty of music to the world. Since then I have gone my own way to tell the stories of the dreaded "Land of the Damned" and I always draw a crowd. Barkeepers love me, that's a sure bet (and God knows I love bars), which is how I mostly make my living now. Right now I'm making the rounds in the Old Kingdom, but I'm always looking for new material...

Well picked this guy up, where else, at a bar, and he has made for excellent Minister of Domestic Affairs, for he spends most of his time in bars, listening to what people have to say, as well as telling stories of all the good things happening in the castle.  (Could you guess that this guy is controlled by me :))
