Royal Magistrate

The royal magistrate is probably one of the least liked members of the counsel, because he's in charge of keeping the town in order (kinda like the police)  His duties are to seek out the crime and grime of the town and throw them out to sea, or find a nice place for them in the dungeon.  He'll often be found around the Minister of Domestic Affairs for there jobs go together very well.  Yet, they most likely meet in private places or on the third floor of the castle.  Not all despise this man, for most businessmen love the order he keeps about him, and they have less fear for the loss of there goods.  Any townsperson can go up to the Magistrate and ask him to look into something, often times he will be too busy himself to take care of the problem, but he'll be sure that one of his men see's that it's taken care of.  He is on the counsel in part to give suggestions on higher security of the individual townsmembers and to help judge the general morale of the people with the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
