War Advisor

Let me first start out by saying that our "army" consists of nothing, (right now anyway).  So what do we need a War Advisor for?  Well, to keep us up-to-date on wars in foreign lands, he helps judge the general security of the isle, and will often time help train men for the army.  The war advisor offers advice on which side we should favor in all wars, and which side has a stronger army, wizards, and the overall advantage.  Obviously he doesn't travel around and find this out for himself, but that's who the people report to, should they hear of a war etc. on their travels.
