Will is an N.P.C. and has the special disposition:  "Liberal"  (He's willing to brake from traditional to try out something new, also he's willing to forgive and forget.  He wields the Lesser Runeknife that has been called "Katar, The Demon Slayer".

Katar is Male with an I.Q. of 10.  It is white in color and contains runes throughout the blade, and the handle is covered in soft leather strips.  Katar is a DemonSlayer Sword activated by the words "Katar, give me life", the blade will then glow white, and the sword does double damage to all Demons! 

Besides the normal runesword abilities it also has the ability to return when thrown, fire energy bolts (Max of 5 per day, 3d6 damage) and the unique ability too sense when one of it's controllers friends is in trouble, unfortunately it hasn't mastered the power of figuring out where that friend is located and will only be correct 25% of the time.  Katar has an eternally sharp Dwarven made blade giving it a normal damage of 2d6 +3.
