Fulgore is the killer cyborg created as the ultimate weapon by UltraTech.The prototype model was created and tested in the first Killer Instinct tournament. It was destroyed.The second model was equipped with new feaures such as a cloaking device and new teleportation technology.It was sent into the past with a new mission,To destroy Jago.
