So this here be the long awaited page of mixed drinks and homebrew that comes in and out of the PIT. We've got a lot of good stuff here so you mite want to check it out. We've got drinks that have come from all around the globe, this will be a guide and menu for their preparation an' proper means of consumption. Hehe, good readin' an' drinkin'.

This one's gonna take some space... In preparation for this shot a glass of mug of cider must be heated til steaming, first lick wrist and apply cinnamon (like tequila shot) lick cinnamon, then take shot of Cap Morgan, drink some hot cider then finally have your buddy on the chair next spray whip cream in yo mouth (by the way, u need a chair for this one for the height unless u're skelman)

now here's a doisy, what ever u want!!! Heh, this concoction works well w/large amounts of chopped fruit, hard and sweet liquor, fruit concentrate and some ice to keep er chilled. This deal depends totally on what u want it to taste like... the best alcoholic ingredients are vodka and rum. They have some potency and flavor that mixes well w/the fruit.

Hardcore Cider

This is the homebrew that we of the PIT excel at... cuz that's all we really do =D

Gallon Jug of Cider, CO2 release, Rubber Cork, 2/3 lbs of Dark Brown Sugar, Champagne Yeast good for 1 gallon and 10-14 days... the procedure doesn't take long as long as you do it properly. First drain out some of the cider of your one gallon, you'll need room to add the brown sugar and yeast. Next prep the Champagne Yeast, it should have directions on the packet, I usually heat the water in a coffee mug in the microwave. While the yeast is heating add 2/3 lbs of dark brown sugar, you'll probably need a funnel to get it all in the jug. Once all of it is in, cap the jug and shake the hell out of it. All of the sugar has to dissolve into the cider, by now your yeast should be heated so grab the mug and get ready to add it to the jug. First though add back some off the cider you initially poured off, don't fill it too full though, cuz once the yeast is added your gonna get a reaction. This is where the fun starts, prep the CO2 release by putting the cork on the bottom (by the way, you'll want to have a rubber cork that fits snuggly into the mouth of the jug) and fill the release w/water to markings on the tubes. You should now be ready to add the yeast, be ready with the CO2 release cuz sometimes the cider immediately reacts w/the yeast and other times it takes a bit, but be ready regardless. Add the water w/the yeast and immediately put the cap back on the jug and give a good shake, quickly and carefully remove the cap and add the CO2 release. This should be it for processing the cider, unless you want to filter it later, now all you have to do is keep it in a warm place (75-80F) for 10-14 days or until the bubbling reduces considerably.

2 lbs Ground Beef, 2/3 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup whiskey, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika
Stir together ingredients thoroughly, ball up beef then flatten into patty, then grill 'em.

variation of recipe, but made by Tony
Tony's Spicy Chicken
Chicken breast, butter, paprika, sauce
Heat skillet, while heating add 1 teaspoon or so of butter/margarine then place chicken breast in and add line of the sauce along the length of the breast and sprinkle paprika over. Flip occasionally and make sure to cover the breast entirely with the ingredients added while flipping, more paprika and sauce DOES NOT have to be added unless you like your chicken particularily hot. Cook thoroughly through.
