Genesis Mud: Tolkien's Army of Angmar

Tolkien's Army of Angmar: Genesis Mud

Listen to music while you read

------------------------

Before you is a large notice board, once used by the officers and council members of the Army of Angmar to post important messages to the soldiers of the Army. With the guildhall now abandoned by the Army, adventurers like yourself now use this notice board to put up messages of their own.

If you like, you can post a message on the board yourself.

There are new messages up on the board for you to read:

Bofur, it is a pity that you cannot read.

In case you don't have anybody there who can read for you, the graveyard contains the bones of those slain by the guards, soldiers and allies of the Army of Angmar. Jooli certainly was considered an ally whilst involved in killing the like of you.

You should also check your information - the Army was never destroyed - it has simply changed its identity.

My dear Hokus,

There is a huge difference between saying that something is not ok, and between calling it at guild-hall attack and hunt the attackers down for it after they have retreated. And no, we don't call attacks on a ranger sentry or a soldier of gondor for an attack on the ranger guild in the way you mean. Of course you can count on being attacked if we catch you, but that is another story.

I'm sure that if you could enforce it you would prefer to call every area occupied by draconians for your "guild", but don't you think that would lead to a rather immense conflict?

Well atleast you decided that Kernan was a renagade.
Good for you.

Nitramin -

You claim to never attack guild halls. Well I hate to tell you this but Sanction is the guild hall of the Dragonarmies. It is not merely a city, it is where Queen Takhisis' dragonarmies are camped. It is where we live and train it is our home. An attack on any draconian, guard, or mercenary in that city is considered an attack on the Dragonarmies themselves. If your theory is true about Sanction being 'only a city' and that you aren't attacking our guildhalls by killing there then I guess it's ok for me to go kill every ranger in the vicinity of the Rangers' hideouts? As long as they aren't actually inside, it's ok, right Nitramin?

Of course not, you would claim we were attacking your guild and we would be. Your theory twists the truth around into something unrecognizable but we've come to expect that from Rangers.

By the way, if it's true that Zoirenna was slain recently I would like to shake the hand of the one who did it. Though she still hasn't even begun to pay for her crimes against the Dragonarmy it is good news nonetheless.

Uh, Imrahil,

I hate to point it out, but rangers did attack a guildhall, and Nitramin quite clearly stated that they don't in fact do this… so does this mean that Nitramin is also a puppet of Sauron?

There are five messages on the notice board at the moment. The spectral minion has recently archived some older messages.
