![]() You are standing in the Board room of the Army, where soldiers used to discuss guild matters in privacy, protected by the guards who used to watch the entrance to this room. On the north wall is a massive notice board, once used to notify soldiers of the orders of the day posted by the officers and council of the Army. This board is still in use to this day, as adventurers such as yourself now use it to post messages to each other, and to the immortal wizards. If you like, you can read the latest messages on the board. If you feel inspired, you can also post your own message. You feel the presence of an evil spirit in this room which occasionally removes messages that it finds offensive, or adds comments to messages left by adventurers. As the message board fills up with messages, this spirit collects the messages and bundles them together into archives. You can browse through the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth or fifteenth archives if you wish. To the west is the old training room of the Army, once filled with soldiers training for battle. To the north is the court room of the Army, where soldiers would gather to vote on their representatives on the council, and to cast their votes on punishments for those who transgressed the laws of the Army. To the east is the main armoury of the Army. This room was once filled with racks of armour and chests packed full of powerful weapons. Now, little remains left by looters. There is a small sign hanging on the wall near the entrance to this room, which you can read if you wish. To the south lies the original armoury of the guild. As the Army expanded its hideout, this lesser armoury was used to store the weapons and armour of those new to the guild. There is no sign hanging near the entrance to this room. Alternatively, if you know where you wish to head within the halls, you may consult your site map to take you straight there. |
