You pick up the first scroll from the ground. The ancient vellum has inscribed on it messages from adventurers like yourself who posted notes on the notice board in times past. The spectral minion who guards the board room has transferred these old notes to the scroll to keep these messages for posterity.
You read the scroll, showing messages from September 1998:

Leanie, I have taken a quick look at your little disgusting Hobbit Hole, and I must confess that, that is one of the most revolting sights I have seen in my life. I hope some of those dreaded BlackNosed Gnomes, and the infamous BlackToothed Goblins come by, and bury the foul place.
Uhhh, all disgusting happines and joy that was lingering in the air, around that foul place...Still gives me the creeps...
Regards

Hail the Free Peoples!
No stranger to the winds of change and the closure of things held dear, I salute your successful efforts to build an active monument to your heritage and history. From across the field of battle, I admire your creativity and tenacity.
An uneasy quiet has fallen on the lands of Middle Earth. The birds once more sing in the morning sky, the waters flow as they always have. Children kept indoors for so long play again in village streets. Gaffers sow their gardens, Gammers quilt beside the fire. All, however, look to the darkness which gathers still on the eastern horizon.
Ever watchful,
Mr. Boffin

Greetings Deproelius,
Wandering through the ruins of our home brings back many memories, but my heart is sad, as these halls could still be open. Though I am glad you made it possible to visit them once more.
How long will it take till I can march under the standard of Mordor again, let the dark clouds gather!
Carpus, former Lieutenant of Angmar.

Super page here! You need a good link to do it all in one day, but it sure is
better anyway. Keep up the good work.

Hail the Free Peoples!
To think I should find myself inside the ruins of the Angmarrim guildhalls! I always knew I was too curious for my own good, but this is one place I never imaniged to set foot. Still, it is only a dismal ruin now. I might almost imagine myself moved to that still attainable future of my hopeful prophecy on the Bree board last week, had it not been for the menacing shadow of evil which
still lingers here, keeping the threat alive.
But so much more reason to be alert now, and have a look around this place while the eye of our Enemy is gazing in other directions.
A small detail I noticed exploring these ruins is the sign outside the armoury. It looks readable, but when I try to read it I have the very confounding experience of suddenly finding myself inside the armoury, not a bit wiser as to what the sign sais.
Since I entered the ruins, my mind has been haunted by dark and omnious music, adding to the atmosphere of evil and of desolation. This has certainly been a great part of the experience of being here, but it has also slowed my steps quite a lot. Since there are times when silence can be of the utmost importance, it would have been great if there had been a way of chosing to exclude the music from my mind.
All together, this has been a thrilling and educative visit. I have a strong feeling I will be back.
Nitramin, Ranger of Ithilien.

Oh, will I be the first poster?
I like the new doomy and gloomy lay out, but the music? Sounds a bit like Tetris?
Ah, well. Take care.

Greets Deproelius...
Even, though I am no longer active in Genesis, I still come to this site to keep up on whats going on... And I must say that I am very impressed with this new design. This is surely the best site for any guild or domain in genesis. Keep up the good work!

Hail soldiers of the glorious Army of Angmar!
I hope you will enjoy these guildhals as you enjoyed those in Genesis. Also I would like to express my thanks to Deproelius who saved the history of our army for generations yet to come.
The Angmar Army will never be forgotten!
Sir Milan, evil as ever.

Having read the scroll, you drop it back in the pile, where the spectral minion places it in the right location. Now you can return your attention to the board room.
