The Book - Page 8The Army of Angmar's Policy on Guild Attacks. For too long now, rangers have attacked Angmarim soldiers, claiming that it is their right to do so as they are defending their computer-controlled allies. The Army of Angmar Council has ratified the following guild policy on attacks against Angmarim: Any person who interferes in a fight between an Angmarim and an npc will be deemed to have attacked that Angmarim, and hence may be dealt with in any way that the Angmarim deems fit. Interference includes being brawled by a ranger through either being blinded or disarmed or through an attempt to blind or disarm; healing of the npc through spells, abilities or items; the casting of spells such as dark glamours or peace spells or spells that destroy armour or items held by the Angmarim; rescuing of the npc by a knight; or any other similar action that interferes in the fight. Furthermore, any person who steals from an Angmarim is also deemed to have attacked that Angmarim, and may be dealt with accordingly. This includes, but it not limited to, thieves who steal coins or other items from the person of an Angmarim, and persons who steal equipment or booty from Angmarim kills. The ranger Gilmanor of the council of the Rangers of the North has been informed of this policy, and it is expected that he in his role of council member has passed on this information to all members of the three ranger companies. As such, the Army considers that all rangers have been warned. The council of other guilds have also been informed of this policy.
